Isle of Wight holidays are an experience never to be forgotten. If you have never visited this wonderful Island before, you really don't know what you're missing. A survey carried out by ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) has revealed that the Isle of Wight is one of the UK's top 10 destinations for British holidaymakers. The Isle of Wight is featured alongside major city destinations such as London, York and Edinburgh and are one of only four coastal locations listed in the top 10. The survey revealed that between May 2005 and April 2006, close to one million overnight trips were made by UK visitors to the Isle of Wight.
