TREATING BACK PAIN

There are lots of causes iof back pain and it is known that the spine - which runs the length of the human back - is a capable of producing many different types of pain because of the complexity of the nerves, muscles, joints, ligaments and tendons.

There are a number of nerves that start in the spine and proceed into the arms and legs which can make pain travel along to the extremities of your body.

It is known that back pain can actually be a sign of an underlying serious medical problem and some warning signs of a potentially serious problem are bowel incontinence or a degenerating weakness in the legs.
